Solution preparation

The raw materials are then introduced into a stainless steel mixing tank. This step is carried out under controlled agitation to ensure perfect homogeneity.

The active ingredients are dissolved in the solvent until a clear, stable solution is obtained.

Additives are added in a precise order to preserve their integrity.

pH and viscosity are adjusted if necessary to ensure compatibility with the spray system.

Filtration is then carried out to remove any undissolved impurities or particles.

Filling

Once the solution is ready, it is transferred to the packaging line.

Empty vials (usually glass or PET plastic) are automatically filled using high-precision dosing machines.

This stage takes place under controlled conditions to avoid cross-contamination.

Capping and spray application

After filling:

Each bottle is fitted with a spray tip, either mechanically screwed on or clipped on, depending on the type of pump.

A visual and functional check is carried out to ensure that the spray is operating correctly (flow rate, regularity of doses, absence of leaks).
