Drawing up specifications
Your project manager will work with you to draw up your specific active ingredient formulation, using our wide range of capsules, primary packaging (blister packs, pill boxes, sachets, doypacks, etc.) and secondary packaging (cases, etc.).
We can offer you a wide choice of capsules to meet your needs:
- envelope (Vegetable, Marine, Halal Beef, Starch ...)
- size (Size 1, 0, 00...)
- in color (titanium dioxide-free) or transparent
- and specific (Gastro-resistant capsules, Sustained-release capsules...)
Preparation of Blendings
Each active ingredient and excipient is carefully weighed and then mixed together for a validated and controlled time to guarantee perfect homogeneity.
Our formulations are designed to protect the active ingredients, thus ensuring optimum stability and compliance with the expiry date defined in our specifications.
Our blends are made up of powders, granules, pastes, microcapsules, microgranules or mini-tablets, depending on the desired bioavailability objective.
Filling
Empty capsules are composed of 2 parts (cap and body). The body, separated from the cap, is filled with the mixture, which may or may not be compressed to increase the quantity of active ingredients.
The cap is then clipped onto the body using our high-speed automatic capsule fillers.
Capsules are highly resistant to powders, granules, mini-tablets, microgranules, microcapsules and pastes.
What's more, depending on the consumer's needs, capsules can be unscrewed to collect all or part of the contents.
Primary and secondary packaging
Our capsules are packaged in various primary forms: blister packs, pill boxes, sachets or doypacks for optimum protection against humidity, light and temperature variations.
Depending on specifications, we can add secondary packaging (cases) for blisters and pill boxes.
We can also supply bulk products in specially designed drums.
Labeling
Each sales unit contains all the information required by Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011:
- Name
- List of ingredients
- Nutritional information
- Net quantity
- Directions for use
- Best before date
Batch record
The batch record is a set of documents and data that retrace the history of the batch's manufacture, packaging and quality controls.
A copy of the batch record is given to our customers on request, to guarantee the quality of our manufacturing processes and the conformity of their products to their specifications.

Quality control
Our filled capsules undergo rigorous testing to verify weight, uniformity and absence of contaminants.
We systematically carry out organoleptic and microbiological checks on all our batches. Dissolution tests are carried out to ensure the bioavailability of active ingredients.
Dosages of active ingredients are carried out to ensure compliance with the values notified on the label.
Quality control releases the batch on the basis of these elements.
