Pep2Dia® & Chromium Apple-Flavoured Gummies - Blood Sugar Balance
Expand your range of dietary supplements with these gummies combining Pep2Dia® and chromium, a formula designed for the metabolic balance segment. Each gummy provides 720 mg of Pep2Dia® and 40 µg of chromium, representing 100 per cent of the reference intake for chromium.
The formula combines Pep2Dia® milk protein hydrolysate with chromium picolinate. Chromium has an authorised health claim: it helps maintain normal blood glucose levels and supports the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Pep2Dia® Clinical Studies
Pep2Dia® is a whey protein hydrolysate of dairy origin, developed from French milk. In particular, it contains a bioactive dipeptide, alanine-proline (AP), which has been studied for its effect on alpha-glucosidase, a digestive enzyme involved in the conversion of carbohydrates into glucose.
Its benefits are supported by several clinical studies conducted in subjects with high blood glucose levels or prediabetes. In particular, a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluated doses of 700 mg and 1,400 mg of Pep2Dia® prior to a high-carbohydrate meal, with a significant reduction in postprandial blood glucose levels observed at the dose studied.
A further study also assessed prolonged supplementation with 1,400 mg per day for 6 weeks in prediabetic individuals, showing, in particular, a favourable trend in HbA1c levels.
Pep2Dia® is therefore a distinctive active ingredient for the development of food supplements designed to support blood glucose balance and targeted nutritional formulations, with a positioning based on a patented and scientifically validated dairy ingredient.
